Terms of Service

Applicable to all platforms. Subject to change.

Application

This TOS, and my services, are subject to change. If my TOS changes during your commission, only the terms that you agreed to at the time of payment will apply. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

General

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. I may not accept:
- NSFW
- Fullbody character modelling (for now)
- Overly complex scenes
- Mecha (for now)
- Realistic animals / people

Payments

All payments will be made through the commission platform. Complete payment is required before I start the work.Please Note: Since Scratch is a skeb-based platform, I will not be able to communicate with you unless you provide an external contact method.

Revisions

No major revisions will be processed 3 days before the given deadline.
The client is given 2 free revisions, after which each following revision will incur a 5% fee.
Any major revisions requested after layout has been completed will incur a 10% fee.
Revisions will not be processed after final delivery, unless I have made a mistake on my part.What counts as a major revision?
- Additional assets which were not discussed during the concept stage
- A significant change in scene layout
- A significant change in asset textures or shading.
- Change in animation or rigs
- Change in key character poses
- Significant change in scope of content (what files are wanted, use case etc.)Please Note: If you commission me through Scratch, revisions will not be processed, as it is a skeb-based platform.

Deadlines & Delivery

The current estimated delivery time for large projects is 3 months.
Smaller projects may be completed faster.The given deadline will vary by service. Files will only be delivered through the commission platform, email (if provided), and discord (if provided). Please specify if you want specific file types or have use cases which require a different scope of delivery. If delivery files are too large, I may use an external file hosting service. After notification of completion, files will be available to download for 7 days. If you need access to the files after 7 days, please contact me.

Use

You may not use my work for AI training or NFTs. You must give proper credit where required when you use my work. Please credit me if you post my work on social media.

IP Rights

Unless discussed, I am allowed to post commission works to my social media & portfolio. I own all IP rights to my work. You are not allowed to claim to be the artist.You may not re-upload or repost my work without my explicit permission.

Refunds

Full refunds will not be processed after the work has started - however, depending on the stage at which it is requested, you may be eligible for a partial refund.Before work has started - 100%
During layout - 30%
After layout - 10%

Communication

I will not contact the client outside of the commission platform, email, or discord. If you do not provide me with external contact methods, I will not contact you outside of the commission platform.If contact with the client cannot be established for a 7 day period without prior notice, the commission will be placed on hold and the completion timeline may be affected. If communication still cannot be established after 14 days or 5 days until the given deadline, the commission will be continued and delivered without further approval from the client.
